This Epoxy resin ( 2 componentsystem ) is very strong and completely clear . Looks like molten glass. To be used in layers up to 1 cm or apply with brush Can be coloured with pigments ( see our 'Pigments for castingresins' ). Hardening in 12 hours. This set contains +- 1.3 liter of epoxyresin. Mixing ration : 2A + 1B ( by weight )

Almost no yellowing overtime when exposed to day- and sunlight.

Maximum thickness to be poured in one sesion is +- 1 cm.

This Epoxy varnish resin ( 2 componentsystem ) is very strong and completely clear .

To be used on tabletops, servingtrays, riverbeds in a modellandscape... or can be cast in larger thicknesses - up to 2 cm .

Hardening in 12 hours. This set contains +- 0.9 liter of epoxyresin.
It has a slight tendency to yellow overtime when exposed to day- and sunlight.

Epoxy Wood protector is a very fluid and thin epoxy resin with mixingratio 1:1 (volume).

Used on new or deteriorating wood that frequently gets in contact with water / moisture.
The thin epoxy - to be applied with a brush - impregnates the wood and polymerizes inside the wood where all woodcells will be encapsulated with epoxyresin .
Depending on the porosity of the wood the epoxyresin will be absorbed. Apply new coats - after drying of the previous one - until the absorption stops, depending on the degree of woodprotection that is required.
Following mixing of A and B the resin has a potlife of several hours at 20°C. Once applied on wood it will dry in 2 hours. Minimum applicationtemperature is 0ºC. 

The epoxy woodprotector doesn't have to be completely dry when you intend to apply further layers of epoxy woodfiller - it will guarantee a perfect adhesion.

When applying epoxy woodfiller on dried epoxy wood protector the surface has to be roughened / sanded first.

Before applying varnishes or lacquers the epoxy wood protector has to be completely dry ; depending on layerthickness 2 hours to 1 day at 20°C.

The epoxy woodprotection can also be used on non absorbing surfaces such as metals, and also on concrete floors and stone.

1 component PU fixation / impregnation for wood / concrete / cement / stone and adhesionlayer for polyester / glasfibre applications on woode / metal / concrete supports.

Uses moisture present in surroundings to cure.

For impregnation purposes : apply with brush, roller onto a roughened surface . Product will cure on surface and inside the material and form a strong film

For glasfibre / polyesterapplications : first put a coat of G4 on the surface ( metal / wood / stone ... ) and apply polyester 1/2 - 4 hours later.

Repair for small surfaces : mix G4 with fine sand 1 part G4 / 6 parts sand. Use this cement / putty to repair cement, stone, concrete, ... First apply a basecoat of G4 and wait 2 - 4 hours before apply the G4 / sand mixture.
