1. DELIVERY :
Easy and fast, we deliver at home ....
After entering the E-shop you will find a classification of all the available products at the left side of the screen; products are categorised per technique. By clicking on a category, the products in that category are shown on the right side of the screen. Pick out the products you want to order and put them in your shoppingcart. As an alternative you can use the search option in the left upper corner of the screen : enter your searchphrase ; searchresults - if any - will show on the right hand side ; by clicking you can view the itemdetails.
When all the articles of your choice are in the shoppingcart, choose 'Checkout' at the top of the page and complete the requested information : name, adress, type of delivery and payment method : Banktransfer or creditcard ( VISA,MASTERCARD ) .
Your personal information is processed through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and https for optimum security.
After reception of your order we send you an order confirmation by e-mail, fax or post stating the exact content of your order including administration- and shippingcosts.
When some of the articles you ordered are not available immediately you will be notified of the expected deliverydate.
Minimum order : 30 Euro shipping excl.
2. ADMINISTRATION- AND SHIPPINGCOSTS :
Your order confirmation will contain all details on shippingcost to send your order to the adress you indicated while ordering. Should you consider these too high, a simple e-mail / phonecall or letter is sufficient to cancel your order.
Depending on the destination shipments are carried out by GLS ( General Logistics Systems ) a reliable Europeanwide operating parcel delivery service with Track and Trace service or by Bpost services . Bpost offers 2 solutions :
* bpack WORLD LIGHT : registered parcel up to maximum 2 kg per parcel . Not trackable.
* bpack WORLD : Track en Trace up to maximum 30 kg per parcel.
Depending on the destination the available shippingsolutions will be shown during checkout for you to choose.
Following the shipping of your order you will receive an e-mail containing the trackingnumber - if any - of your parcel.
3. PRICING, INVOICES, REDUCTIONS :
All prices - administration-and shippingcosts, productprices in the E-shop- are VAT included and shown next to each shop item as VAT included and excluded when you order from within the EU.
When you order from outside the EU VAT is deducted automatically and will not be shown.
All prices are netto. No discounts are foreseen.
If an official invoice is required : please notify us by adding your company information (name / adress / VAT number) in the orderingformbox 'remarks'.
Invoices can be delivered as of an ordervalue of 124 Euro.
4. PAYMENTS :
After processing your creditcard ( VISA /MASTERCARD ) and confirmation by the creditcardcompany the order is shipped immediately.
In the case of goods returned, the creditcard payment can be cancelled by Obeeliks bvba . In this case instructions will be send by e-mail on how to return the goods and settle the refund.
If banktransfer is the payment method of your choice your order will be shipped following receipt of your payment.
5. ORDERING WITHOUT RISK :
* One item / the complete order appears to be damaged at delivery : please notify us the day of delivery. The damaged items are send back to OBEELIKS bvba and will be replaced at no cost. The cost of sending them back to us will be refunded.
* Nonwithstanding our best efforts while treating your order we send you a wrong article : please notify us, and send the article back. We take care of replacement asap and refund you for the cost of sending it back.
* At delivery you notice you ordered the wrong article or you are not satisfied with the article you ordered : you send the article back - at your cost - in its orginal and undamaged packaging together with the returnform that we will send you on your request. The returned article has to arrive in our offices in perfect condition. On the 'returnform' you indicate whether you want a refund or a creditnote for the involved value which can be used with a next order. Opened packaging, broken seals etc ... are not accepted.
* Products per meter (silk, ...) are cut especially for your order and can not be returned.
* Unsufficiently stamped goodreturns will not be accepted.
* All return of goods shall include the correctly filled-in 'returnform' that we will send to you on your request.
* As a customer of OBEELIKS bvba you have the right to decline the order for a period of 14 days following the delivery of the order at your adress. Notify us in this case through telephone call, e-mail, fax, letter ( see link 'CONTACT' at top of page for adressinformation) and send the order back at your cost. Again you will have to use the 'returnform' and indicate the type of refund of your choice. We refund you our send you a creditnote that can be used with your next order.
* Follow the link 'CONTACT' at the top of the page for all company-related issues (adress, tel, e-mailadress etc...).
6. WARRANTY, SERVICE AND SERVICE-AFTER-SALE :
A warranty of 2 years is valid for non-consumption articles (airbrushmaterials, tools etc..); this warranty is only valid in case of normal use of the items.
No warranty is given for products that can be consumed ( paint, mediums, brusehs, resins, mouldingrubbers, aerosols etc...) No warranty is given on lamps.
Whenever questions arise concerning the use of a product or article : please read the detailed description in the E-shop. Further questions can be raised through e-mail.
7. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :
*Volumes, weights and contents mentioned in the articledescriptions are solely indicatif and can be modified at all times.
* Where suitable technical specifications of the products delivered can be found on the packaging or in the user manuals included with the products or on the manufacturers' webpages.
8. ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY :
We are working with respect towards the environment and with great care for your safety : where applicable our products are labelled accordingly. For most paintingproducts however it is standard practice to keep them away from children.
Left-overs of products have to be disposed off according to your local legislation and don't fall under our responsibility.
9. AS AN OBEELIKS CUSTOMER :
We guarantee you an efficient handling of your order to meet your full satisfaction.
You agree with the here-above mentioned terms of delivery from the moment of transmittal of your order to our services.
We guarantee maximum protection of your personal data and will not sell or forward them.
We only store your personaldata on our computers during the processingperiod of your order ; they are deleted afterwards.
We guarantee that the transmittal of your personal data over the internet are carried out with up-to-date technology in order to give optimum protection against any form of abuse. For this purpose we are using the most up-to-date SSL technology where a keycode has to be exchanged between client and customer before datatransfert can be established.
